Quanette is an Elothean Empath, notable resident of Riverhaven, and member of the esteemed Rippentropp Family.

Though in reality a young Elothean, she has had extensive shifting done to take the guise of an elderly woman in order to manipulate others into becoming more tolerant of her offensive nature.

She is a devout follower of Dergati as evidenced by her tattoo of the all-seeing eye. She frequently boasts about carving the symbol into her own forehead.

During the Chris's Mass event of 2007, Quanette healed Chris and acquired the title "Hand of Divyaush". Some say this might be more appropriate than her longstanding title of "Sensitive".

Quanette rarely leaves her healing spot at the dry goods store, and even less frequently ventures outside of Riverhaven. This may be due to her perpetual laziness and her great adoration for the town. But if you ask she will probably blame it on her age.
