Starting stat levels no longer matter for the max benefit of Benediction. The potency can be capped a little by devotion, though this stops having any impact at about mid-range devotion. The 'massive' message only happens at the very highest benefit possible, so anything less than 100% potency stance can also prevent getting to that level. AGM Ricinus | |
