The Lanky Grey Lach resides in Maelshyve's Abyss along with the Transparent Shylvic in an area that is part of the Cleric Infusion Quest. It has no apparent special attacks, spells or otherwise. It only bites, claws, and charges.

Description

The grey lach is a tall, lanky beast that would look almost human if not for the sickly, dull grey skin stretching over its twisted and knobby bones. There is a definite methodical grace about the creature's movements, sinuously reptilian in nature despite its hideously wretched and awkward appearance. Abyssal eyes, as blank and dark as the starless midnight skies, are sunken deeply within its expressionless face, as if the creature somehow stands before you in body but not soul.

I suspect the lach uses the table leg, brick, and pipe to ambush stun its opponents from hiding, however I was too perceptive for it to ever initiate an attack from hiding.

It carries some combination of the following 3 items. These are not weapons, but perhaps are used to ambush stun an opponent from hiding.

a cracked clay brick
a dented copper pipe

Area Details

To get to the Lanky Grey Lach is complicated. One must first SEARCH for a path off the main road, travel through a maze-like cemetary, find a route to the church (by climbing a tree and peering at the church), lockpick the front door of the mausoleum (which is trapped with a Curse spell), then solve a very tricky coffin puzzle. To leave the area one must also be able to lockpick an armoire.
