Appearance
Short, but not as short as the average dwarf, and sporting a respectable but not particularly full beard, Dagul looks like a dwarf with more than one human ancestor in his background. Be that as it may, it's obvious from the orderly appearance of his shop and yard that he takes dwarven pride in his work. You get the impression that your armor and weapons will be very well cared for in his hands.
