Csilla

Csilla was the third Paladin Councilor after Syal and Hraige. Syal and Hraige found her half-mad in a temple of Chadatru. It is unknown what caused her madness, but she was already called to be a paladin and Syal and Hraige helped her through whatever tormented her. She helped Syal interpret the visions the gods gave him, and an unrequited love eventually developed between them. She was a very determined and striking woman, never losing her composure and always making sure her armor and shield were polished to a mirror shine.

Not much else is known about the Elven lady, and researchers speculate that she never told anyone where she came from. Even her death is unknown. When she felt her time was up with the council, she left on a sabbatical and there was no documented sighting of her again.
