Description:	The Calm spell forces its 'victim' to relax for a moment. While under Calm's effects, a creature will not be able to attack, and a good cast will make a creature susceptible to commands from the caster. A potent cast may even keep it from moving at all.
Effect:	Single target calm
Example Messaging:	You gesture at a sleazy lout. It suddenly looks rather passive. Roundtime: 2 sec.
