Asilyia is a proud and loyal Mountain Elf of the prominent Evyntine family from Elamiri. Heir to the Evyntine line, Asilyia hopes to one day follow in her mother's footsteps to work for Queen Morganae and carve a name for herself in Mountain Elf history.
Appearance

She has elegant arched eyebrows, pointed ears and sparkling sapphire eyes. Her black hair is long and wavy, and is worn loose. She has fair skin.
She is wearing an intricate circlet of diamond-trimmed platinum roses with a dangling moon pearl, a pair of sparkling earrings cast as climbing Elven ivy with sapphire blossoms, a brushed silver locket crafted in the shape of a majestic swan, a thin platinum choker decorated in sprays of sapphires that enhance its moon pearl clasp, a midnight black hooded cloak with a sapphire-eyed silver swan clasp, an ethereal gown of dulcet periwinkle Elven silk edged with lustrous moon pearls, a soft silk wristlet displaying an arrangement of white jasmine and snowdrops, a slender braided silver bracelet embellished with a single blue diamond rose, a platinum wedding ring with a moon pearl nestled in a spray of diamonds and sapphires, a slender Elven silver betrothal ring crowned with a summer's heart sapphire, an intricate anklet of platinum Elven ivy with dozens of blooming sapphire buds and some dainty dress slippers.

Family
Asilyia was the first and only child born of Ayrell Evyntine and Xelten Tyrsin during the brief whirlwind that was their marriage. She loves both of her parents, though spent more time with her mother following the divorce, and was raised primarily in Elamiri throughout her youth due to her mother's decision to retire briefly in order to focus on ensuring Asilyia received a proper education and upbringing. Looking up to her mother, Asilyia chose to follow in Ayrell's footsteps, joining the guild of the Warrior Mages at a young age. When her mother re-married, Asilyia embraced the idea of having a step-father and accepted her mother's new husband, Ezerak Vershir, with an open heart. It was a chance meeting with a young cousin of Ezerak's, Enthal Vershir, which led to her own unexpected foray into love. After their initial introductions, Asilyia crossed paths with Enthal again while on a trip to Therenborough to further her Warrior Mage studies. During this time, they became fast friends and eventually more. It was a playful wager and a fortuitous roll of a pair of dice which ultimately led to their initial bond, after which Enthal chose to propose, despite the fact that the order of events was somewhat skewed. Asilyia happily accepted and the two were married through a proper ceremony within the following year. Asilyia has one true aunt, Maraisel Evyntine, and two "adoptive" aunts, Aerivyn Eiryse-Lyssae and Ruea Drister. She has a half-sister on her father's side, Casari Tyrsin, and a half-sister on her mother's side, Sayara Evyntine-Vershir.
Personality
Having been raised under the watchful protection of her mother, Asilyia is more than a little sheltered, and a bit naïve to many things. This makes her somewhat shy and easily embarrassed in situations that she has never encountered before or if conversation turns to anything she considers "adult." Although she is an adult herself, she still tends to view herself as being young, due to her inexperience with the world. To correct this, Asilyia has been taking steps to try and learn more about the intricacies of life that she has yet to have an opportunity to face, spending more time away from home to travel and learn more of the world on her own.
Gem of Choice
In her youth, Asilyia found herself with no shortage of sapphires in her collection, due to her mother's love for the beautiful blue stones. For many years, Asilyia shared her mother's fondness for the gem, driven by a natural desire to be like her mother in every way. It wasn't until she came to be a bit older that she began to consider options outside those she grew up with, and discovered an entirely different blue gem that quickly rose to the top of her list. The moon pearl. There was something about the pale hue of the gem that drew her to it, making adjustments to her wardrobe to replace many of her sapphires with the rare, lustrous pearls, though sentimentality prevents her from removing all of the sapphire accessories her mother gave her, many of which once belonged to her mother as gifts from Asilyia's father prior to their divorce.
