| Look: | Salt-bleached driftwood panels form the body of the repair case, their weathered grain framed by dark iron bands worked into a chain of interlocking circles. Centered upon the lid, a raised emblem of the Order of the Iron Circle rises above a low etched scene of curling surf breaking against a rocky island shore. The hinge pins and corner caps have been blackened to a deep gunmetal hue, while the clasp has been shaped like a mariner's knot set above a border of sea glass and tiny shell inlays.
The interior is divided into many tiny compartments, each carefully lined with soft felt. |
