Detailed Information
Jab is a damage dealing maneuver.
Jab tends to be a somewhat fatiguing maneuver. Attacking again too soon can make this worse.
Jab tends to be balance building.
Jab is a very quick maneuver, but heavy or unbalanced weapons can slow the attack further.
Jab is more accurate than most maneuvers, and is best suited to puncture weapons and least suited to both slice and impact weapons.
Jab temporarily penalizes all defenses, but is best suited to parry defenses and least suited to both evasion and shield defenses.
Notes
- Jab is among the quickest weapon maneuvers. Its minimum roundtime is 1 second for light and medium weapons and 2 seconds for heavy weapons and twohanders. See Roundtime for the full table.

- Jab remains available while grappled, unlike THRUST and LUNGE.
