This list includes visions from the Moon mage event prediction ability experienced in 2026.

Also included are spontaneous visions experienced without the use of the PREDICT command. These latter visions can be experienced by any moon mage as long as they're logged into the game environment when the vision is distributed. Generally these visions signal incipient invasions or immediate developments in an ongoing event or storyline.

Moon mage visions stem directly from their prophetic link to the Plane of Probability and connection to Fate.

A figure in a billowing purple robe slowly walks towards a tall city, leaning heavily on a twisted wooden staff. The figure's robe is plain save for a single protea flower embroidered across the chest, and only the figure's gaunt hands are visible. As the figure approaches the city, a warning horn trumpets out, and a guard fires a warning arrow, which lands near the figure.

Stopping, the figure spreads their arms wide, and a purple mist billows from beneath the robes, heavily spreading across the ground and snaking outward. Everything the mist touches begins to corrode and rot, and crackles of electricity and pale fire seethe outward from the figure, carried by the strange choking gas. The figure begins to chant. The vision fades.

Surrounded by a thick, choking haze, you stumble forward, eyes burning, coughing as fumes reeking of burnt sugar and metal greasily infiltrate your nose and throat. You cannot see more than a few feet in any direction, your hand barely visible in the gloom. Sounds howl in all directions, the murk seeming to carry all noise, and you are overwhelmed with a barrage of screaming, yowling, chittering, sonorous calls and responses. Everything feels heavy, your shoes leaden, a crushing weight pressing down on your spine. You painfully fall to your knees, and find the ground carries a similar deluge of noise, shuddering and vibrating, a constant of heavy footfalls and scraping, sizzling and grinding.

Everything goes quiet. Nearly blind and nearly deaf, you look back and forth, but sense nothing. The vision fades.

You find yourself standing in a bizarre forest, mishapen trees spiraled into jagged geometric forms, their branches dripping with shimmering stars. A skittering echoes behind you, and with a start, you whirl, hands raised in defense, and you see it racing forward, an amalgamation of tendrils and claws and eyes, moving in a disorienting stuttering lope. It vanishes, appearing to your left, and you drop, barely evading its reach, and it blinks, leaping from behind a tree and already in motion.

You scamper backwards, putting distance between yourself and this horror, and it flickers, appearing directly in front of you, roaring, and the vision fades.

Standing atop a mountain's summit, you look upward and taste the radiance of the stars. They call, and you close your eyes, feeling them burn, streaming brightly to your magical senses. They fill you, nourishing you, beckoning to you. You sit, and press your palms to the ground, the bare rock rough against your palms, mottled with lichen, and you sink into the cracks and grains, seeking moisture. Your spine twists, lengthens, and you arch your head back further, rolling your shoulders. Your skin hardens, and the stars continue their song. You change.

You hear them, seeking a place amongst your canopy, bathing your leaves, and you cradle them close, making space. They laugh as they dance along your branches, your flock, glittering in the night sky. The vision fades.

An endless corridor stretches before you, interrupted by visually jarring and disorienting geometries which prevent you from deriving a sense of distance. Some patterns appear merely ornamental, while others require you to step to one side to make room, while others still hide narrow hallways branching off to horizon points. You continue forward.

The corridor ends in the visible distance, and you find yourself surprised at how quickly you arrive. A ring of concentric squares mark the far wall, though the designs are themselves sequential, not set into the wall. The illusion is odd, and as you approach, you realize you can continue forward, stepping around the suspended stone rings and continuing forward.

The hallway splits: polygons to one side, curves and spirals to the other. You consider your options. The vision fades.

The ground rumbles softly, and a small mole with gleaming eyes pops through the ground and looks up at you expectantly. The mole sniffs the air, then disappears back into the hole. You leap into the hole after the mole, shrinking as you fall, and begin to race along the tunnel in pursuit. The creature moves surprisingly fast, and the tunnel curves left and right, makes sudden dives, opens to strange caverns lined with glowing mushrooms, and winds between thick roots. Eventually, you turn a sharp corner and find yourself face to face with the mole. The mole gestures upward with its furry snout, and you see an opening ahead, which you climb up through.

Emerging from the tunnel, you look around. You are in a completely unfamiliar land. The vision fades.

Everything wavers, and you feel wildly disoriented. You find yourself looking down an endless hallway filled with featureless doors. One of the doors opens, and an old woman emerges. She turns to you, and with a frown remarks, "You know you are misusing this place. There is no stopping now, but do be careful."

She steps back through the door and shuts it behind her with a loud *click*. The vision fades.

You walk across smooth glass, your footsteps radiating with concentric phosphorescent pulses. You approach a smooth, matte black monolith bearing a perfect sphere slightly protruding from its base. The obelisk seems to shudder violently, growing a thousandfold without changing, nearly slamming you back with the force of its presence, as it seethes in fury. A single palm print is visible in center of the sphere, and you step forward, hand outstretched. The obelisk expands again, ten thousandfold, enormous in its rage.

You touch the palm print. The obelisk is no more than silent rock. The vision fades.

Brutal rain and sleet batter your face, and you bend against the storm, pressing forward. The wind howls, almost throwing you off balance, and still you press onward. A bolt of lightning flashes unsettlingly close, sending a shower of sparks in all directions and momentarily deafening you with a bone-rattling thunderclap. Suddenly, you enter the eye of the storm, and find yourself standing before a line of ten pillars. The storm screams closer.

The pillars begin to crack, shaking dust and shedding stone. The vision fades.

An idyllic beach stretches around you, dotted with leaning palm trees and scattered seaweed. You take a deep breath, enjoying the crisp salt of the sea and the gentle, warm breeze that barely stirs a calm midday ocean. An acrid cloud of sour tobacco wafts over your shoulder, and you turn to see the woman in a wide brimmed hat standing nearby, her cateract eyes looking out to sea. She says nothing for a long moment, then points at the horizon with her cigarillo and remarks, "It was so peaceful."

She turns to you and shrugs, almost sadly. The vision fades.
