Created by imbuing common gold with an elemental essence, goldfyre retains an actively elemental appearance without being inherently magical itself. Not suitable for crafting weapons and armor, but can be used as decoration on them.

Note

• Common Description: Energetic <scarlet/azure/ashen/etc.> pulses create a dynamically active <inferno/deluge/tornado/etc.> effect upon the gold-tinged metal.
• Design Note: Goldfyre should be identified by type using an approved adjective, color, or both. There is no 'generic' type. The LOOK should always reference 'energetic <color> pulses' and an 'active <nature thing> effect'.
• This type of material will always be seen in one of the following specific forms: burning goldfyre, flooded goldfyre, wuthering goldfyre, electrified goldfyre, fracturing goldfyre, and ephemeral goldfyre.
