Area Atmospherics
- The cavern is suddenly plunged into total darkness! Shouts of alarm and confusion shatter the usual din of visitors, merchants and playing children. Mages and device wielders of all types quickly create small patches of light that pierce the starless night, each gathering a small crowd around them. A booming voice drowns out the lingering confusion, "HLOS!" Immediately, the cavern is fully bathed in an eerie green light.
