Description

The forest bandit is a short Elothean man with long, tangled hair that falls in oily dreadlocks around his face. Pinched with hunger, he is gaunt and feral in appearance beneath the dirt that obscures his features. Altogether, a desperate villain indeed!

Casts Grizzly Claws, Swarm and Carrion Call.
