The following is live in the Prime and Platinum instances, coming to TF next week.

Skill and stat buffs can now reach a 30% cap, up from 20%, only achievable by multiple different abilities used by different people. In other words, self-cast buffs will stack with buffs from others. Free-to-play characters can benefit from this new cap, but not contribute to it. Note that only guild abilities count for this purpose; skill/stat bonusing items will not.

Also, the Team Player and Group Support magic feats have been retired. Their intended effects are now baseline.
