Chatter command

CHAT is a command used in Dragonrealms: The Fallen to communicate with your clan members. It is used also in Dragonrealms: Platinum and the test server to talk on the Chatter channel, a global gweth system. Free Accounts players up to 15th circle and Mentors have access in Dragonrealms: Prime as a tool to gain help with in-game mechanics and learning the ropes in an OOC manner.
