| I think that's one of those bits of Moon Mage lore that's been waffled over. I'll need to touch base with Armifer.
Basically anything to do with long range teleportation requires a moon. PD works fine without because, hey, botching the teleport is kinda the point. I want to say that it was decided that purely line of sight teleportation doesn't require a moon, which is why I was thinking Whole Displacement didn't, but I'm not in a position where I can confirm that right now. | |
