Items
Hey Mudge, I've been thinking of the best way to do these item lists even before you started posting them.
I think the best way to handle them *right now* would be as sub-pages of the shop they belong to, such as Drones and Drums/A copper-bound horn instead of A copper-bound horn. Once I finished the title area I was going to think on the best way to handle templates, etc. with that regard. They key here is different shops can carry the exact same description (though rarer) and you'll know which one applies to which, we can create "color items" and redirect to the main item page if need be. And we can provide deeper info on things such as weapons (Such as full appraisal). Long story short, in the meantime can you MOVE the pages you have already created to match what I've been thinking of so far, and feel free to continue your current work. If you also have time, can you {{deletePage|Callek asked for this}} (so some other reason) for the REDIRECT pages themselves. Thanks again!! --Callek 11:42, 21 April 2007 (CDT)
- At first glance you seem to have done it exactly like I asked. I haven't given it quite all the thought I wanted to, but since you already started the work, I figured I wouldn't ask you to stop, and have you start doing the stuff I was had thought about. Blankings
I see you also have "blanked" some pages, in a wiki-esque way to remove it. Unfortunately it does not really remove it, only makes "broken links" a bit harder to find. Thats ok, I'm catching most of them now... All I ask is that in the future you request the page to be deleted via a {{deletePage|reason}} where you enter "the reason" you think the page should be deleted in "reason". Such as "Typo in page title", or whatever. This will throw it in a magic Category for us Sysops, and we can find it, quickly and easily! thanks again --Callek 16:37, 21 April 2007 (CDT)
