Description
It is a non-ablative damage barrier that is always on the caster and pulses to groupmates. It reduces incoming damage by a percent based on the spell's potency. I know this used to have some sort of evasion buff in DR2, but there wasn't anything about that in the design notes so this version is a barrier only. The percentage reduction ceiling and floor are subject to change as we fine-tune and test things.
