Izma Ru'ef University

An Elven university housed in the hollow trunk of a large sequoia in Leth Deriel. In addition to lecture halls, a library, and a telescope, the top floor has limited housing for student and esteemed elves.

All Elves are by, birthright, are entitled to attend classes here.
