| Description: | The Fire Lion Reborn spell is the work of a pair of disgraced Scholars of the Grove. For all its presumptuous name, its effectiveness can hardly be disputed. It is an advanced matrix of linked patterns between Dragon's Breath, Mark of Arhat, and Ethereal Shield.
This is a metaspell. In general, metaspells are not cast, but instead are prepared, invoked, or passively used to gain some benefit that alters one or more other spells. Before you can learn this spell, you must know Ethereal Shield, Dragon's Breath and Mark of Arhat, and be circle 100. It will also cost three spell slots. | |

Notes
- Metaspell for Dragon's Breath.
- A successful hit that deals fire damage will also apply a burning effect that behaves as especially potent naphtha, capable of igniting adjacent naphtha-soaked body parts. Burn duration is heavily driven by high Intelligence, with major breakpoints at 100 and 150 Intelligence.
- A successful hit that deals fire damage will also apply Mark of Arhat. If MoA already exists on a creature target, it will spread to two additional creatures. If MoA already exists on a player target, it will be reapplied.
- Each time Ethereal Shield activates, the remaining cooldown of Dragon's Breath will be reduced by 12 sec. Getting hit by a multishot spell's 5 strikes will reduce the cooldown by 60 sec.
