Vitality healer

Vitality healers are magical jewelry that periodically pulse and heal vitality.

They are typically turned on and off by the ATMOSPHERE command.

Effect

Every so many seconds, the device will pulse, and if during that pulse the user is at less than 100% vitality, it will heal a set amount of vitality. The amount of vitality returned is a flat amount, so it will appear to heal less the more stamina is possessed.
