On the island of M'riss in the Dunes of Despair in the Hidisharon desert; there is an oasis that changes locations. Wander around the armadillo hunting grounds till you find the oasis and go into it. Once you've learned the cantrip anger the Elf there to leave.
It is recommended that you ask an armadillo hunter to accompany you on your quest.
