• Phanie says, "Lissen up here, chirrens. There here are the rules, an' you best be behaving an' following them or you'll find you'self on the otha side of broom."

• Phanie says, "I don't work on no weapons of mass destructions, so don't even be bringin' in some hooplah kind of shield or stick-bow thinkin' I'm gonna touch it. Most anything else is jus' fine, chirrens."

• Phanie says, "You should also take note that I leave my own kind of sign on my work. Everything I work on will have a nice bow put on it somehow. Theses here are the rules. If you chirrens don't like them, you shouldn't be here a'asking nothing from me."

• Phanie says, "A bow is a bow, chirrens. Just because I think your bow is ugly doesn't mean I won't make it."

Rules at Guildfest 409

A pair of Halfling boys come in, carrying a sign. Carefully, they set it down, grin at each other and run off, mentioning something about getting a tart.

A curling sign adorned with large red bows reads:
"Auntie Phanie will NOT perform any alteration to weapons or armor -- Parry sticks or knives only capable of being used for skinning are permitted. Each item Phanie works on must include a bow in the design. Do not anger Auntie Phanie, or she may just beat you with her broom!"
