Empath section

I removed it because it was out of date, inaccurate, and partially covered in a different section of the article. Shock now requires a successful hit, and Empaths can engage in full combat with constructs without risk of shock. --Farman 02:17, 23 March 2013 (UTC)

I removed "Also will prevent an opponent from standing if they are kneeling or prone" from the grappling section because of April 2023 updates. -- Armagna 7/29/23
