Rows of tables and benches are arranged to seat hundreds. Designed to feed them all with speed and efficiency, the kitchen, run by a stern Halfling, is larger than the public rooms of many inns. Warm air from the ovens issues from a vent in the wall near the floor, barely adequate to heat the large room. You also see a gleaming metal counter and a menu.
