Large subterranean reptiles with icy breath. The adult form of beisswurms.

The creatures apparently breed prolifically, but either take an extremely long time to grow or rarely reach maturity, as evidenced by the swarms of beisswurms that have infested the caverns near Stone Clan for the past several decades.

Appearance
The biter resembles a massive snake with stunted claws and a crocodilian mouth. It can breathe a cloud of freezing vapor to kill or immobilize prey, and grows to massive sizes upon reaching adulthood.

Despite resembling a dragon, Biters seem to be unintelligent.
