The shop is crowded with bales of fabric in every color, cutting tables, tailor's dummies, and all the tools for fine needlework. Cases hold tabards and flags in abundance, and near the street door, the seamstress Zezinka sits behind a wooden counter with a catalog listing the shop's stock in trade.
Obvious exits: south (to The Heraldry Shop).

How to Order

We are the exclusive purveyors of flags and tabards that bear your own crest, either painted on canvas or sewn on silk. To order one with your own coat of arms, first go to The Heraldry Shop (just south of here) and design the crest you want and have it painted on your shield. Then bring the shield here, hold it in your hand and place an order. To do this, just
ORDER (CANVAS or SILK) (FLAG or TABARD) CUSTOM

For example: "Order canvas tabard custom" or "Order silk flag custom".

You will be given a claim ticket for the flag or tabard.

We also offer your crest embroidered on a velvet tabard. Naturally, this takes longer and is more expensive; just ORDER VELVET TABARD CUSTOM

Sorry, but we do not make embroidered flags.

We stock many ready-made flags and tabards with the arms of provinces, towns, guilds and houses. Select from the lists on pages 2, 3 and 4 of our catalog and tell us the material, item and number you want. For example,
