Description:	The Siphon Vitality spell strikes your opponent with a powerful blast of Necromantic energy. Once this energy reaches the flesh and blood of its target, it saps the very life force from it, causing the opponent to wither and possibly die. The caster will receive a portion of the siphoned-out energy.

Example Messaging:	With a slight flick, you point one of your fingers at a red bear orc raider. Leaping from your finger, an oozing tendril of reddish-black energy snakes towards the orc raider! The tendril latches onto the orc raider's left leg! Reddish-black energy immediately jets into its left leg, forming a spiral pattern. Within moments, the ravenous tendril has entirely desiccated straight through the limb in multiple locations, causing a mixed rain of dried bone dust, chunks of flesh, and crimson blood to fall down from where it once was. Part of the life force your spell stole transmits back along the tendril, replenishing you!
