There is no real world material bearing the name lantholite.
When properly prepared, lantholite is used to make lantholite gwethdesuans.
Physical Properties
This is a small translucent stone made of soft green with an opaque black center. It is/was used for gwethdesuans because of its inherent magical properties.
Cannot be used in alterations.
