There is also an issue with thumbnails/sized images. Using thumbnail scaling they do not properly display at anything larger than a factor of ~4.85 larger than thumbnail default. A factor of 4.875 and above fails, but 4.85 works so it cuts off somewhere in that range. E.g. <nowiki>[[File:Paladin_Spells.png|frameless|upright=4.85]] or smaller displays correctly but [[File:Paladin_Spells.png|frameless|upright=4.875]] or greater does not.</nowiki>
Uploading images is currently broken. Coupled with many images being missing or outdated this has resulted in a lot of broken pages, in particular maps.

: Thanks for the report. I tried that image at both resolutions you mentioned, but they looked identical to me, so I must be missing something. :::I think I managed a work around to this by attempting to upload over an existing image, reverting to the previous image, then re-uploading the image again. I'm not sure if this is works consistently, but it should be worth a try. E.g. [[:File:Paladin_Spells.png]]

Thumbnails are not always being created/displayed. You can see some examples [[:Category:Heraldry|here]]. If you click what looks like a broken thumbnail, you can see the actual file. Deleting the image and then re-uploading it seems to fix it (as opposed to just uploading a new version). --[[User:ISHARON|ISHARON]] ([[User talk:ISHARON|talk]]) 01:11, 18 July 2014 (CDT)

Image Uploads

There is also an issue with thumbnails/sized images. Using thumbnail scaling they do not properly display at anything larger than a factor of ~4.85 larger than thumbnail default. A factor of 4.875 and above fails, but 4.85 works so it cuts off somewhere in that range. E.g. [[File:Paladin_Spells.png|frameless|upright=4.85]] or smaller displays correctly but [[File:Paladin_Spells.png|frameless|upright=4.875]] or greater does not.

Thanks for the report. I tried that image at both resolutions you mentioned, but they looked identical to me, so I must be missing something. Could you please provide more info, or a test page which shows the problem? Thanks! --SIMU-NOVA (talk) 17:00, 17 July 2014 (CDT)

Re:sized thumbnails not displaying correctly above factor 4.85: Here is an example of it not working with a factor of 5: Category:Warrior_Mage_Spells--ABSOLON (talk) 04:26, 18 July 2014 (CDT)

Form:Critter

The Form:Critter has some trouble. The drop-down boxes aren't there, and the skinning properties section doesn't come up. Also, the 'attack range' always has a little error tag on it.

Dropdowns and skinning section fixed. Attack range will have to wait for further updates. -Moderator Caraamon Makdasi(talk) 01:49, 5 March 2012 (UTC)

Page List

  • Ranik Map Key needs fixing. It's missing gifs. Fixed.
  • Many Ranik maps are missing. In the meantime, you can use Kythryn's Maps instead: http://www.olwydd.com/maps/kythryn/index.php. Genie client users can make use of their automapper maps as well. This has been fixed. There may be a few maps that didn't make the pass, so please continue to update this page with them or leave a note on an Admin's talk page.
Missing maps
None currently!
  • Many corrupted tables and pages.

Item Searches

Many item searches do not work. Such as Cambrinth list.

Any search involving the namespaces Item, Weapon, Armor, Shield, or Post will be full of issues. I'm working on it as best I can, but it's turning out to be irritating. -CARAAMON (talk) 23:45, 1 July 2014 (CDT)
This is being investigated. Who's probably the Semantic Wiki expert, in case we have questions? --SIMU-NOVA (talk) 17:01, 17 July 2014 (CDT)
Insofar as we have one, that would be me. Which is kind of scary. -CARAAMON (talk) 08:24, 22 July 2014 (CDT)

In addition, there seem to be duplicate search results that pop up for some of the same namespaces. I've tried deleting some of them, which temporarily works, but they seem to repopulate themselves eventually. -CARAAMON (talk) 08:10, 22 July 2014 (CDT)
