I forgot to mention this in the announcement ... it wasn't new to me since I've been tinkering for awhile now. :-P - You can now scream while immobile - You will no longer go hoarse from use but you will lose mojo (thus effectiveness) - Scream Defiance no longer generates a justice check for disturbing the peace -Ssra
