A tower shield is a large metal shield template.
It is a 09- Intricate template, uses 40 volumes of metal, and is covered by the Exotic Shield Design technique.
It is 10 by 8 by 1 spans.
The crafted battle shield, heater shield, and war shield are identical in performance to this template.
