The last I read was that Vocals would not count toward performing (unless you're a Bard), because otherwise, everyone would have bloated performing ranks, and skill checks would need to be adjusted to complicate. I'm going to hold off on incorporating the latest round of announcements until we get some clear information about what changes will take place. (It seems like the last round of posts shows a continuing evolution in 3.0 plans, so I don't want to spend a lot of time adding information that may change tomorrow.) --Isharon 21:55, 2 October 2012 (UTC)

Is there a post that states this?
