Is there a post that states this? The last I read was that Vocals would not count toward performing (unless you're a Bard), because otherwise, everyone would have bloated performing ranks, and skill checks would need to be adjusted to complicate. I'm going to hold off on incorporating the latest round of announcements until we get some clear information about what changes will take place. Performing: Performing includes all of the instrument skills - Percussions, Winds, Strings, and Vocals.

Is there a post that states this? The last I read was that Vocals would not count toward performing (unless you're a Bard), because otherwise, everyone would have bloated performing ranks, and skill checks would need to be adjusted to complicate.
