Outdated Tags

noticed the comment on the summery, once you've flagged a Weapon/Armor/Shield as using the new appraisal, it takes the server a few minutes to update the notices. If it really bothers you an Admin can force a refresh of the page. A second edit will also force the server to recheck the flags, but I'd appreciate not intentionally making two edits just to force a refresh.

This also applies to the Incomplete tags.
