Description: | Failure of the Forge is an unusual warding pattern which allows the magician to cloak themself in an aura of aural dissonance. If an attack lands against the spellcaster, the dissonance lashes out, imbuing any weapon in the attacker's hands with distracting harmonics. In effect, this makes the weapons temporarily less suited for combat, though the discerning magician should beware that this magical counter-attack does nothing to cushion them against the initial blow. | |

- The debuff will trigger on any strike that is at least glancing.
- Debuffs all 3 physical damage types of a weapon.
- The debuff does not work on natural attacks from critters or brawling attacks from players and the weapon attack that triggers the debuff effect does not receive any benefit from the debuff.

- Provides a very small amount of always on damage reduction to the caster independent of the debuff effect.
