Description
Standing on two legs, the kelpie is somewhat small, like a Dwarf. It looks around, a bit agitated.
In Depth
Kelpies are far more dangerous than the other creatures in this area, due to their ranged attack. A few kelpie bow shots, and you'll have just as many bleeders.
Kelpies load their weapons stealthily. Depending on perception, you may not notice them when you enter the room, and may not notice that they are loading their bow.
Equipment/Loot
- It is carrying some slender tip arrows, a short bow.
