This Trader Guildhall is located in Outer Hibarnhvidar two rooms west of the bank.

[Hibarnhvidar Trader Guild, Rock Garden]
This long abandoned portion of the brewery has been cleaned up and turned into an exquisite rock garden. An intentionally meandering path of carefully pieced slate rock connects the stables and cask room, as well as a shiny brass contraption in the western garden. Old ale casks, cut in half, have been used as picturesque flower boxes, while other pieces of cask have been used as trimming around individual beds nestled within colorful collections of polished stone. You also see an applewood door.
Obvious exits: north, west.

[Hibarnhvidar Trader Guild, Cask Room]
Damp and cool, this room acts as a tasting room for guests and a break room for clerks, although it is hard to say who is actually doing the most sampling. You also see an applewood lager keg with a sign on it, an applewood ale keg with a sign on it, an empty barrel with a silver tankard etched with the crest of the Hibarnhvidar Trader Guild on it and an applewood mead keg with a sign on it.
Obvious exits: out.
