Description: The Chorus of Madmen Enchante produces a eerie symphony of discordant, almost cacophonic noise. To those standing with the bard, it merely seems unusual, and a little unpleasant. However, those unfortunate enough to not be a member of the bard's entourage will feel the enchante tug upon their mind in conflicting directions. Symptoms include periodic distraction, loss of ability to control oneself, and finally, gibbering madness. It is particularly effective on other spellcasters.
Effect: Unknown
Example Messaging: Calming yourself, you inhale a deep breath and tilt your head skyward in preparation. You begin to sing, each word initially filled with clarity and purpose. Twisting magic into your song, you then shift everything slightly. Notes and syllables become swapped with nearby measures, heard in the background alongside your perfect song, building up an eerie, maddening dissonance of perfection and perversion.

You quickly launch into the main verse of your terrifying Chorus, your mouth pouring forth words laced with the false promises of wisdom. As you smile with the pride and grace of a virtuoso exulting in her glorious performance, your magic twists every twitch of your tongue, unbalancing each phrase to disrupt its seeming clarity into crazed oblivion!

Your voice soars high, rendering a beautiful aria at the same time as your magic adds a horrid, piercing shriek underlying it. You continue with pitch perfect intonation, letting the magic warp it into dementation towards all who might oppose you. Each note, every syllable, further emphasizes the destructive duality of the Chorus.

Approaching the refrain, you cease words entirely for a few moments, allowing your voice to first soar to its highest ranges, then swoop downwards again in a drawn-out serenade. Keeping your voice crystal clear, you weave your magic into its notes so that a violent rumbling lurks beneath the music, its vibrations poised to enter your audience's ears and shatter their sanity to shreds.

Devices/Tattoos: No devices or tattoos documented.
