The Izma Ru'ef University is an Elven university housed in the hollow trunk of a large sequoia in Leth Deriel. In addition to lecture halls, a library, and a telescope, the top floor has limited housing for students and esteemed elves.
All Elves are, by birthright, entitled to attend classes here.
