Naphtha is a gooey, sticky, flammible liquid used in combat.
Usage
The first step is to coat the target with it, generally, either by THROWing it at a target or SPLASHing it on them. It is unclear how the two methods of delivery differ (or even if they do), but a higher Light Thrown skill will make throwing (and possibly also splashing) naphtha more effective.
Then it must be set alight, either by striking them with a flaming object such as a torch, or successfully hitting them with a heat-inducing spell, such as Burn.

As it currently stands, if a shield blocks even %1 of the attack, the entire attack is blocked.[1]
