You start this script inside the bank at the window in crossings. It will then take you to the vaults and get you into an archway, once inside it opens your vault, and then waits for you, when your ready it continues back to the bank again. Now if all the vaults are busy, it will wait till one opens, if you owe rent, it will take you back to bank to get the rent, and if your vault is in another city it will summon that vault to crossings.
