Ask guild leader about barrage and they'll tell you to seek out a man named Corveson. Corveson hides in the ancient crumbling tower in the cougar hunting area outside the crossing west gate. He is on the second floor. When you find him, just ask him about barrage and he'll teach you, but you must have asked your guildleader about it first. |
