Description:	The Burn spell concentrates an intense beam of light or shadows on its target, scorching it or setting it on fire. Even the power of Katamba can be focused into burning the target severely, but only when it is the only available source of luminescence.
Effect:	Puncture damage, Fire damage, Single target DFA.
Example Messaging:	Regular: You gesture at a sleazy lout. A brilliant beam descends from the sky and shrinks into a tiny point centered on a sleazy lout. The beam devastates the abdomen in a massive cloud of steaming gobbets of flesh and boiling splatters of blood! Gasping out in terror, a sleazy lout crumples to the ground. Eyes closing, the once rebellious flame dies out completely. Roundtime: 1 sec. Katamba: You gesture at a sleazy lout. A thick shadowy mass gathers in the air and coalesces into a dark pall upon a sleazy lout. The pall completely devours its way through the right arm, disintegrating it!
