Instead of imposing a powerful psychic malady on any particular target, the Necromancer exudes a "cloud" of corruption that infects everyone around him. This corruption draws upon quirks in the anatomy of eyes, creating invisible blind spots continually and almost perfectly aligned with the Necromancer's position. This cloud takes time to build to full strength, and while it is stabilizing perceptive creatures may notice that they are missing something. |
