Tarliza is an enchantress and alterer, who first appeared during Hollow Eve Festival 439.
Appearance
You see Avatar of Enchanting Tarliza Dostenegur, an Elf.
Tullah has elegant arched eyebrows and almond-shaped dark brown eyes. Her golden-streaked dark brown hair is long and curly, and is worn arranged in an intricate Elven braid. She has fair skin and a slender figure.
She is tall for an Elf.
She appears to be an adult.
She has faint scuffing to the head, faint scuffing to the right leg, tiny scratches to the left leg, faint scuffing to the chest.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing some thick black rimmed spectacles, a seven-strand necklace of Elamiri sapphires suspending a golden pendant, a supple leather records satchel, a prim dress of goldenrod-hued wool, a bronze ring set with a shadowy moon, a wide leather belt, a thin ivory tablet with a steel belt clip and some tawny leather ankle boots with sharply pointed toes.
Flare Adjustments
Tarliza says, "My name is Tarliza and I am an Enchantress. I have come to see about working with your existing flare enchantments, and changing the color of them if you so desire."
Tarliza says, "I will only be changing the color of the flare, I will not be otherwise changing your items."
Tarliza says, "I will charge a flat fee of twenty platinum coins for this work."
Please review the list of colors and decide which you want!
(Note: all two-word colors have hyphens in them, this list is slightly out of date.)
