Ratha Bazaar

The Ratha Bazaar can be accessed from both the 1st and 2nd tiers of Ratha. To access the bazaar from the 1st tier eastern lift, go SW, SW, W, N, N. To access the bazaar from the 2nd tier eastern lift, go S, S, S, SW, W, SW, then W 5 times. Travel between the 1st and 2nd tier is possible thru the bazaar, however the area is a maze, with constantly shifting routes. The shops in the bazaar are only open during the day-time, however travel is possible at night as well.
