Former head of the Malk'smo (guards) of Ratha. Under his leadership, the thief Arine was apprehended for stealing lift fares.
Barbarian. Unmarried. Grew up as a hoodlum in the lower tiers of Ratha. He led a gang which included Chessel, but he was captured during a burglary and conscripted into the Navy. He later joined the constabulary and rose to the top of the organization.
