Sh'kial (sometimes written Sh'kiel)
One of the first known leaders of the Dragon Priest religion/empire in 255 BV. Dzree succeeded him as leader of the organization in 205 BV after he died. His death is strongly suspected to have been ordered by Dzree.
In contrast to Dzree, his religious teachings were far more mild.
Mentioned in The Legend of the World Dragon.
