Description

Despite their small size, the raving redcap neverthess has a reputation for cruelty and cunning. Although hideously deformed, they look much like large Gnomes at first glance. A closer look reveals razor-sharp teeth, long, curved claws, and an expression of hatred that leaves no doubt that it intends to use both. Like all redcap, it wears a conical cap of red, dyed in the blood of its previous victims.
