Description:	Much as the Footman's Strike spell uses your weapon as a focus, the Chastise spell focuses divine energy through your shield into a crushing wave of force

Example Messaging:	You sweep your Shield of Doom towards a goblin. An oily black film oozes from the Shield of Doom which rolls over the goblin. The force inflicts a solid hit to the back, a solid hit to the chest, a good strike to the right arm, a hard hit to the right arm, and a hard hit to the abdomen. The overwhelming force crushes it to ground!
